I ordered food online, so I can’t speak about the atmosphere. Delivery time was about 1 hour. The food was overall fine, although the pizza was a bit salty. I would order again though.EDIT 16 Feb 24: I am changing this to a 1 star review. Not because of the food, that was still fine, as described above, but because of the unsolicited text messages I keep receiving on an almost daily basis offering discounts. I am very sure that I have never opted in to receive any kind of marketing messages and even blocking the sender does not help. This is not okay and I will not order from here again.

I would definitely recommend Gusti D'Italia it was our first visit but it won't be our last, the food was superb and the service was great. I have already recommended it to other people.Dietary restrictions: I am gluten free which is not a problem because they have a great gluten free options ?.Parking: Paid parking just round the corner from the restaurant.Kid-friendliness: They have a good kids menu and due to the fact it was the school holiday's there were quite a few kids there.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is ground level and no stairs or obstacles inside from what I saw.

We come to this restaurant every couple of months for a date night, and it is one of the best italians in the area. We absolutely love the food and the service is amazing! We will be back :)

Been twice recently, both times a fairly large family group including children. Food and service on each occasion have both been excellent. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient and nothing is too much trouble. Highly recommend.

Eight of us went here for a birthday celebration on the 2nd Jan.Service was slow and whilst not unfriendly it just delivered the bare minimum.I would say they were short staffed in fairness.The food was nice but no mussels and all food was warm not hot.Have been here lots before and was disappointed overall.

Beautiful decor, great food and great service by Donna! We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal, and were catered to very well by the amazing staff. Would definitely recommend.

Disappointing Christmas eve meal. The whole environment was a sensory overload - the lights were exceptionally bright the lights with no ambience at all. The restaurant was very very loud as it is one big space with no partitioning and children were running around and shouting as well as this the bar smashed a number of glass one of which nearly hit a customer sitting on the other side of the bar. Food was luke warm and basic - not worth the £25. Finally, we were given the wrong bill and this took approx 10 mins to sort out. Will not be back anytime soon.

Used to love this restaurant. It had a lovely, cosy, intimate atmosphere. Sadly, that has all changed. The newly modernised restaurant is lacking in any atmosphere. Felt similar to eating in MacDonalds. Service was still very good. However, the food quality was poor. Will no longer visit. So disappointed.

I hate giving poor feedback but had high expectations especially as it was showing number one on trip advisor. Restaurant was so brightly lite it didn’t allow for a good atmosphere, the music a bit loud. Our waiter was lovely and very helpful. Food - no mussels which is what’s attracted me to the menu. King prawns on my starter which I had to de-vein one of them myself and it felt that they were frozen. Main courses. Never seen sprouts in a risotto before. My husband’s main course which should have come with mussels (which they did say they didn’t have) but they never mentioned they were also out of scallops. The garlic bread tasted like raw garlic. It was all in all a disappointing meal. The only reason I gave three stars was because our waiter was so lovely. But completely rushed off his feet while the other waiter sat with some regulars for most of our visit. Don’t think I’d return.
