Good service and food hot and tasty. Floor a little slippy so reported it. They set about cleaning straight away, can't fault that.

Went with 88 year old mum as had other shops in the area to go to. Staff were wonderful and helped me with mum so she was happy. Only down side was £1.75 for a bottle of water. Mum only needed a cup of water to take her tablets. Food was good and she liked the coffee.Wheelchair accessibility: Was good

Came in on Saturday night with my heavily autistic son. We went through drive through as I was worried about how he would act around so many people. As we approached the window he started to turn. A young man named Ben McFarlane opened the window to a situation which I can only imagine startled him. He handled it like a true champ and did everything he could to help my son calm down and we even left with a smile on my son’s face. Thank you so much Ben, absolutely fantastic service young man ❤️

KFC at the Hamilton retail park disgraceful service ordered 2 boneless chicken banquets they didn't arrive got rice and a burger ? instead phoned to complain got told not KFC fault contact Just eat utterly disgraceful service plus the food that did arrive was freezing cold we the general public deserve better there is a cost of living crisis and the big food chains are fleecing us I take the order down to KFC tomorrow.Kind regardsDisgruntled customerWho will think twice before buying food from your establishment.I have since been in to talk to the manager and he was very apologetic and gave me a voucher for the food that didn't arrive as ordered.So thanks to that manager and I picked up the boneless banquets last Friday night and they were delicious ?Thanks KFC Hamilton retail park

It was such a treat for him to see you all today and such a treat for me , as his mum, to know that lovley , decent, funny and kind people like you exist. I'll bring him back soon. He missed you all and it was obvious that you all missed him too. You all deserve a medal ? for the way you make him laugh and feel happy . THANK YOU . You are appreciated ?

21/9/23 Ordered a boneless bite bucket and added 3 large popcorn and six fillets burgers, gave ginger haired lady app voucher offer for a fiver off she said she had put it through but she had not, as when i got home and counted the cost it was without discount, plus the 3 large popcorn boxes were all half full ! Disgusting rip off plus the meal was just thrown together with no care, mayo squirted over boxes instead of in burgers etc ! avoid this KFC if you can

I been served by many different staff but they all seem to be depressed when serving a customer.It's like they are stuck in a job they really hate and it shows.foods ok if you get a little bit,but if you get a family feast and sit in hoping to get the same food you see on TV.For some reason when I order past a meal for 1 person list my food is always soggy and the coating of the chicken falling apart from the chicken. The chips keep getting darker,to the state they look over done.1 thing have have had plenty of times that has changed being perfect was the spicy wings but to ask for £2.29 I think it was for only 2 extra spicy wings is a bit steep.Anyway if this doesn't improve ,atleast I have my memories.from when kfc was good and cared for its customers.Vegetarian options: Veg options are really poor.They need proper wraps and burgers.Even popcorn chicken but the veggie way would be excellent.

Chips were not very good cool to say the least and not necessarily tasty, The chicken strips were fine but the chicken in the bucket was dripping in grease It was very off-putting I could not eat the chicken near the bottom of the bucket too greasy also the bottom of the bucket fell apart and the grease was coming out the bottom.

Ordered the chicken wings and expected them in original seasoning, but instead came in a dry unflavored brittle-type battering. Gross.

Hot Wings bucket (20) is back on promotion @ £5.99 and no wonder, they are nothing in comparison to what they used to be. Quality has taken a serious dip! Not this stores fault, the companies!
