Have been frequenting this cafe at least twice a month always find the food top notch and the staff are very friendly and polite. The atmosphere in the cafe is very chilled although due to the high standard in food it is always very busy but still very enjoyable. Can’t believe some of the negativity in the comments as it’s not how I have ever found it but some people just like nothing better than an exaggerated moan. See you all soon ?

Had the misfortune to order a Chilli chicken panini in this establishment which I sent back because some of the chicken was partially raw. Instead of offering a replacement, manager tried to tell me I was imagining it!! Extremely rude staff who seem to spend their time calling customers pernicious names. Why are they in business? Do not recommend at all.

Very disappointed. My partner and her disabled mum came to the cafe, which they have previously enjoyed. They waited 15 minutes for a menu and after having their small order of soup and sandwich placed, waited 25 minutes patiently. After this a girl asked if they had their food to which my partner said no. Another 15 minutes passed and my partners mum had to go to a hair dressing appointment, so my partner asked to pay for her drinks and cancel the food. As a chef I understand sometimes you can be behind and take time to prepare the food, this isn't an issue. However, after asking to cancel the food, 4 of the staff became very aggressive with my partner and had the brass neck to say they hadn't waited long. They tried to pressure her to keep the order even though my partner asked to cancel. I find this extremely unprofessional and disgusting behaviour. Because of something that could have been resolved by cancelling the order and apologising, you have now lost 2 regular customers. Shame on the staff working 19/08/2023.

First time here, every other cafe stopped serving hot food at 4pm?Loved that lime light still offered a full menu after 4pm. Food was lovely I had soup & sandwhich! The girls work hard & will defo be back again. I liked the variety of different soups. ❤️❤️❤️

Found this Cafe when arrived in Hamilton for overnight stay and looking for lunch. Were welcomed by staff who were really friendly, and could not fault the food. The woman who served the coffees to us had them that full to top of the cup, that she made us laugh trying to get them to our table without spilling a drop. Lovely staff and food at reasonable price, and excellent coffee.

Hadn't been in for year's. Visited today with my parents. The service was top notch. The soup was amazing. Especially the cream of mushroom. Can't believe I've left it so long to go in. Will become a regular place to pop into when I'm in Hamilton.

Next time you are shopping for supplies in Booker cash and carry, could you please refrain from using the disabled parking bay and not displaying a blue badge. These spaces are for people who need them, not so you can get your van closer to the door!

Such a lovely cafe. The staff are great. They are so friendly and the food is fantastic. As you can see I am slightly addicted to their milkshakes. Xx
