Never again will I use drive throw ask for 2 bacon rolls and get to full breakfast rolls o if there busy I understand they can make mistakes but the place was empty I understand why now a simple order and they still don't get it

By far the worst experience I have ever had at a McDonalds, ordered for table service waited 35 minutes and still no food.When I went to the counter to ask the staff looked at me for around 10 minutes and didn’t ask me what was wrong, I had to go behind the counter to ask. When I did I was looked at like I was worthless! No wonder the google review score is terrible, google reviews are designed to drive business and judging from the no customers in the place I’d say 3.6 is generous. Will not be back and wouldn’t recommend anyone to go.

We’ve never had a problem in store, but our deliveries have been wrong THREE times in a row, and more than that. Cooking the food isn’t enough. You have to actually give all the bags to the driver. When food is missing, we have to call Uber. Wait at least 45 mins to get a refund, never the option to send the missing food out. Getting your money back isn’t good enough. If we wanted our money, we wouldn’t have ordered. We want the food. I’ve noticed that sometimes when this happens, at the top, the missing food is under the sticker. And it always says we have one bag. If you have to charge people for the other bags for you to realize that they have more than one bag, then just charge them! I know the little guys don’t care when someone says they’re not coming back. But maybe the manager would like to know. We ordered at least three times a week and we won’t be any more. I’m actually sad! I love the food but it’s not worth knowing half the food will be missing!Vegetarian options: I love the vegetarian options, but since all my food never arrives, I won’t be ordering anymore.

Food from here as usual was up to good standard and service was brilliant, atmosphere was damped by a heavy set fella in the corner who kept loudly announcing “I’m loving it” while dribbling his McFlurry all down his fat chin!

The customer care assistant by the name of Adan looked very dapper and was professional in his role. He was very helpful when the machine broke and helped me recover my receipt when I forgot my order number. Adan also helped me to locate the straws as it was too big for me to find my way around. I also witnessed Adan help a elderly citizen in the store this was very wholesome.

A bit of a late review but the review system wasn't working. A couple of weeks ago had an order for lunch for the family and one of the Big Tasties although marked as a bacon one, it was made as a spicy one. That was left for later on and found out of the error later that day. As I came back to fix this, a blonde girl called Sarah working backshift that day went above and beyond to fix the error from the moment she saw me approach the restaurant. Friendliest, kindest, most helpful and very hardworking, this review is all about her service. A great example for others to follow. Go Sarah!
