This used to be a great place for a breakfast, after this mornings shocker I won't be back. Breakfast arrived minus, toast,hash brown and potato scone. What did arrive was very poor, the Lorne sausage was ok as was the bacon,the mushroom was stone cold and the egg,at least I assume that's what it was was inedible. ?

Bought 2 all day breakfasts in Morrisons Hamilton. Absolutely horrible. Square sausages and blackpudding were undercooked to the point of being raw, poached egg was overcooked and resembled the inside of a hard boiled egg. Definitely won't use again. Have used the Morrisons cafe in other towns and have been lovely.

We always had fish and chips over several years twice a week but the quality of the cooking has fallen drastically. The fish is invariably overcooked with dark hard batter and tasteless fish. The chips often with lots of black bits as the oil needs changing. Often we had to wait for cutlery to be replaced. Looks like lack of staff and staff overworked and prepared to dish out unsatisfactory food quality or not trained well enough. Got to a point we just couldn't countenance going back. All this with an increase in prices.

Having been a regular cafe customer twice a week for several years and buying fish and chips I can honestly say the standard of cooking has taken a nose dive. The fish is invariably overcooked with too much dark batter having been in the fryer too long and as a result the chips can be covered in black bits from the batter. Completely unacceptable to the point we have ceased to eat there....not fit for consumption or the price paid. Times gone by they added a slice of lemon but thats gone. Now I see they are doing an ££8.99 deal to attract customers, no doubt due to falling sales. I once ordered a baked potato and cheese which was cold whilst waiting on them to provide a fork. I won't be back, like many others I suspect until they have proper cooks and acceptable standards.

Walked into cafe and noticed two staff workers laughing at what I was wearing. I felt so insecure during my breakfast. I think they need manners and look at themselves.

Over 50 mins waiting for food (a breakfast and a kids meal). Hardly any staff on, no cups for tea or cutlery. No paper in till for receipts. Place is a tip, tables a mess, floors a mess. Shameful

Kids meal £1.00 per item ...1 slice of toast a £11 sausage £1.£2.79 if you take 3 items but everything is £1.00 otherwise .Member of staff commendably did her best to see if it was the actual true price for a kid but can't change the prices.A total bargain.Will be bringing the kid and all nieces and nephews .And an overdraft.Tables dirtyCutlery dirtyI'm all for paying for a meal and expect to pay more for eating doing so but a quid a slice of bread is ripping the hole clean out of it when an entire loaf in store will be less than a pound and for a kid in today's finacial climate .

Visited here on Saturday for a full Scottish Breakfast. First no milk in coffee machine. Nothing was hot, bacon uneatable as hardly cooked same for square sausage. This does not advertise the good products that morrisons have to offer. Sub standard, better off going into Hamilton to Belles great Breakfast.

Don't go there. There are fantastic restaurants and coffee shops in Hamilton Give them a try Support local businesses.
Nice surroundings. Prices reasonable - but the wait for food is too long - up to 30 minutes. When our food arrived it was warm, not hot & only average at best.

We heard great reports about breakfast in Morrisons Hamilton , sadly we are so very disappointed we ordered 2 full scottish breakfasts on arrival they were cold the bread was hardly toasted , poster at pay point says freshly made to order clearly not , at total waste of £16.00 not even busy so no excuse if your thinking of spending your hard earned cash here for breakfast don't waste your money
