First time ordering and to be honest wish I hadn't, chips are frozen chips cold on delivery and both curry's had way to much oil,... First and last experience ever!! £25.00 for a tub of korma a tub of tikka misla and a small bag of chips (frozen not fresh) both curries full of oil.. disgusting.. if I could put 0 star I would, do not waste your time folkes not worth it. Called up to complain and ended up with a argument over we how much did you eat.. lack of customer service .. took pictures of said food .. never ever again would I order from this place ...

CRAZY CRAFTER

Me & hubby sat in for a quick meal. Food was exactly as requested...1 curry very mild. Very delicious curries, rice & naan. Service was perfect & manager, Ali, made a point of having a friendly conversation. Restaurant side of business had just opened so it was quiet but am sure when its busy the atmosphere would be great. Highly recommend for sit in or takeaway as food is proper delicious. Will definitely be going back when we come down to Glasgow.

Absolutely disgusting place. We had been ordering here regularly but will not be ordering again after I found a long hair in my curry.I sent a message on Facebook messenger in the hope of resolving before having to leave a negative review. However, despite having read my message they have failed to respond to me.Staff are clearly not following hygiene standards or this would never have happened.

Amazing as always excellent deal with 2 for 1 main meals when ordering takeaway over phone. Chicken tikka korma was delicious, never had a bad meal or issue here, highly recommend.

We moved away 8 years ago and always had Mushtaqs before we moved. We live somewhere with multi award winning curry restaurants but every time we ordered I have dreamed of having Mushtaqs again. Well today is that day and let me tell you, it was worth the wait..the food is EVERY bit as amazing as i remember it being. Buffet starter was superb and my lamb garlic chilli is just brilliant. The portion size would do for 2 meals they are so generous.One mouthful and i was back to the day we first tried it. Absolutely love Mushtaqs food and so sad we dont live in the area now. I would recommend food from Mushtaqs over ANY curry ive had in the past- and that includes all the world famous restaurants in Glasgow.One very happy, full big boy this evening.Try Mushtaqs and you will not be disappointedSuperb.

Just placed my first order for take away at this establishment and totally regret it. The food arrived quickly but I have never had an Indian curry that looked and tasted of nothing bland looked more like a Chinese than an Indian. Won’t be ordering from here again.

Can I just start by saying that I am a fan of this place and enjoy some of the curries very much. However, last night, 3/6/23, was simply too much to contend with in terms of customer service. My partner and I ordered two curries, a nan, pakora and a bottle of juice. After waiting for a good hour and a half for our food to be delivered we decided to phone and ask what was going on. During the phone call we were told that they didn’t know what had happened to the delivery and that they would send us out a fresh one. 10 minutes later we get a phone call. This is when our jaws hit the deck. The girl on the phone told us that the order had been delivered ( so the delivery driver said so) and basically that they didn’t know what to do! My partner then really started to lose the plot at this point, as we had been sitting in our living room for the entirety of the 2 hours since we had placed the order. It was then that they basically accused my partner of telling lies and that we had fabricated the whole thing!! As if we would eat all that and then phone to pretend we hadn’t had our delivery. Seriously! After my partner asked for a refund, she was told that they would have to phone the manager and get back to us. This is when I lost my composure and started shouting that I would phone the police if our money wasn’t returned as we had basically been robbed. After driving down to the establishment, our money was returned, but not an explanation was given for our ordeal in simply trying to have our dinner. My theory is that because it was a large order, the delivery driver has given it away to friend or family and told a pack of lies in saying that they ordered the food. Absolute disgrace in terms of how the treat the customer!! And for good measure the girl on the phone seemed to find the whole situation amusing. It wouldn’t be that if we had went in to the restaurant and just lifted 30 quid out the till. Just lucky the situation was resolved before police became involved!

had a couple of issues but small , best Indian food in Scotland in my opinionOk so a while later and I have saw some negative reviews and tbh they are justifiedI think food is still the best , but the service ? Nope , two weeks in a row now my meal has leaked all over my car seats !! Is is cause they decided to use cheap bags ? No more Mushtaqs bags I’m not sure , but yiu can see this is cost cutting but takes away everything they used to be about , I post positive when positive so only right I air my views if negativity because I spend a lot of hard earned mone in Mushtaqs , I think the boss is really clever and a great chef but has really made a mistake with the small things that people expect from him , still great food just my opinion and I know he probably won’t like it

Got take out well where do you start the chicken pakora & allo tikka are reheats defo not fresh poor quality food & cold. Phoned no answer sent 2 messages no reply poor cutomer service wont be back
