I remember when this place first opened and it was really the talk of the town, we hadn't any idea what the food was going to be like but we loved it. When you go in you get shown to your seat and then you can either order in person by the tills or you can use the app to order the food. I prefer using the app because then you can see exactly what you'd like and then you can pay for it directly through the app. I do wish that you could earn more credit based on how much you spend instead of it being fixed to a mesely one. The food here is good and I do think that the quality is great, it can be a bit on the pricy side but if you're looking for chicken that is going to be high quality and delicious, then this is the place to visit.

We were in for dinner my partner got medium hot chicken breast with our usual peri salt chips and tenderstem broccoli. I got the medium spiced chicken wrap with peri chips and minted peas. We asked for perimayo but got given garlic mayo instead, I did ask if we could get the peri mayo instead but they didn't have any, I would have preferred that they said to us that there was no peri mayo left and asked us what we would like instead rather than just giving us something else this is just a little mark down from 5. Otherwise the food and service was great.

Friends food got gave to the wrong table and 10 minutes later they realised and brought it to her…burnt. Mine had such an awful taste to it, never normally like that.

My grandaughter has taken to Nandos just now and this one didn't let us down. Friendly helpful staff, good service quickly served beautifully presented and very tasty. Lekker eet! Bom Appetite!Wheelchair accessibility: Nae Problems.

Food is good and came out reasonably on time. The portion was small, but other portions were reasonable size, so I'm not sure if it was supposed to be small.

My 1st and last time at this place. Rip off price for small portions. Chicken in a rock hard bun couldn't even cut it. 4 pieces of chicken with skin utterly horrible. £8 for half glass of wine. Complained and got bag of chips, wow. Don't normally write a review but this place is a complete let down.

First time visiting any Nandos restaurant and given my experience of this place it will be the last. decor looks dated and was filthy of dirt and dust. Went to collect cutlery which this was all still dirty. Ordered double chicken burger. Chicken itself was OK but the bun was awful. I could have thrown it at window and it would have smashed window easily it was rock hard. very disappointed given the reputation of the place.

Had a disaster tonight 3 kids in for a Birthday dinner and I lost my purse in the place we were previously, My sons dad was on his way to pay for the kids food but the Manager Karen honestly went above and beyond what a lovely girl you are you made a difficult situation so much better with your absolute kindness thank you again. The rest of the staff were a pure delight! Faith restored tonight on Nando’s Hamilton.Be back soon guys xxxxxxxxKid-friendliness: Kids loved it ?

Google what's the best Nandos in Scotland? ???????. Have to say the food is always excellent and the staff are on a different level with customer service to any other Nandos store I've been too. My recommendation is Butterfly Chicken, rice and mash with a glass of Chardonnay always 10/10 ?.
