Poorer quality than other branches. Pizza contained a foreign object.Staff didn't wear uniforms or hair nets.Lacklustre service and a needless delay.This branch's biggest benefit is that there's a Domino's just round the corner.Must do better.Sorry, Papa J, I won't be back.

Havn't had a Papa Johns since moving from London 6 years ago and wanted to see if it was still good or not. On bringing my order home, the tub of tomato and herb dip i ordered was missing and the £3.99 crispy cheese base i ordered on my pizza was also missing, with just a regular thin and crispy in it's place. Considering it was a 1 hour 10 minute round trip to get it because i live in the sticks, I was gutted i didn't get what I had ordered. Last time I will be using Papa Johns unfortunately.

Ordered an XXL with stuffed crust and they wrapped the cheese in the crust so thick it didn't cook. The driver updated the food as having been delivered over 20 mins before he actually got here, I assume so the store can present false metrics about how quick their service is. When it actually got here it was lukewarm at best. The toppings were completely tasteless this time too. I've had decent service from this branch but this completely put me off ever ordering again. 20 odd quid for raw dough and cold chicken wings.

Went last night, the place was in a bit of turmoil after being shut for a month due to burst pipes. The 2 girls at the counter couldn't have been any friendlier or more helpful. The pizzas were delicious too

Delivery times have been getting longer and longer, now we have a delivery that's been on the road for over an hour and not reached us. Its no good constantly providing £5 credits, you need to manage the deliveries better

Placed an order for pizza online - 20 minutes later received a call to tell me it may be up to 2 hours to wait for delivery. Asked them to cancel and for a refund and was then told it would be up to 5 days until I can get a refund!

Its the 30th of october 2021 and we waited 3 hours for our order then we were missing some items I will not be ordering from here again and I am disgusted with how it was handled and all we got was a lousy 50% discount for the next time we order which they will not remeber anyway. Not to mention our sids came cold and hard and our pizzas just as cold.

Order from the Hamilton shop fairly regularly and usually get a good pizza. Today it was horrendous - xxl Greek had nearly no toppings just chewing on a piece of bread for most of it. Create your own had no cheese mix on it unless it was a dusting we were charged for! Both extra thin bases where patchy with thick though bits and near burnt edges. To top it off temp was luke warm at best. Very disappointed with the food, will not order again.
