Review amended: revisited after a number of years. Order fully online and takes forever depending on signal. Food is expensive but tastes good.Dropped to One star only due to the time waiting for food to be served, plates to be taken away, and dessert to be brought even though they got that wrong and had to be reminded, all because all 5 servers are standing chatting for a long time having to be reminded by the duty manager to do their job.

Went for my sons second birthday dinner. Manager and staff are amazing. Couldn't be more helpful. We travelled over half an hour just to come to this branch as we have been here before and felt looked after. We have 2 other branches local to us but the service of this branch is just outstanding!!
Ciaran our server went above and beyond on our visit. I’ve kept this receipt from our visit on 30/9 just to put this review in and I’m happy to do it. Ciaran was fantastic, he engaged with the kids, made us welcome and assisted with selections on our order, can’t praise or thank him enough

We had the buffet lunch, the food was nice enough, staff were friendly, but the plates and bowls are filthy, you have to try several before finding a clean one. Really off putting having dirty plates. Good price as drinks and ice cream are unlimited with our lunch. I recommend the pasta with red sauce (probably arrabiata) no names on pasta.
