Went in to collect parcels. The girl at the counter could not scan them. She had to phone Hermes twice. I was kept waiting several times while she served other customers. Unbelievable! I had a taxi waiting. Eventually she took a note of the barcodes from the parcels. My taxi cost £11 because of the staff incompetence.
Open 24 hours... Closed when I needed a shop, and all others were closed in the area. Garbage.

You drive in one end, park beside your pump of choice, fill yer tank, pay the man his dues, then dive out the other end

Only filling station left at this side of the town. Problem is it seems to have very small tanks and station is regularly closed to allow tanker to replenish supplies. Also awkward getting back on to busy main road when busy. Only one till position so queues can form but staff always seem helpful and they have a handy little shop.
