“The food at Pad T’aye is absolutely sensational! As someone with coeliac disease, I often struggle to find meals that I’m genuinely excited about – but here I had the Massaman curry and it was hands-down the tastiest curry I’ve ever had.
The décor is beautiful, the staff were so welcoming, and the owner/chef was fantastic. He makes everything by hand from scratch, and you can really taste the care and passion that goes into each dish. He also seemed genuinely grateful to have people dining in, which made the whole experience even more special.
My husband ordered the Pad Thai noodles and said it was the best chicken he’s ever eaten – he finished the noodles within minutes!
We honestly can’t wait to go back. A real gem in Hamilton!”
