Not too a bad costa, got me through covid once we were allowed to go out on occasion. It was a good addition for Hawick’s high street although will likely have damaged some business for other local coffee shops. On street parking available but not much of it and can be difficult to get.

I recently visited a cafe and I must say, it left quite an impression on me. The coffee there was simply amazing! The aroma, the flavor, everything was perfect. I could tell that they used high-quality beans and the baristas were skilled in their craft. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. The ambiance of the cafe was cozy and inviting, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. I highly recommend this cafe to all coffee enthusiasts out there. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

Latte, hot chocolate and millionaires shortbread was the usual costa standard...bit pricey but nice enough.The actual cafe area, though, was pretty disappointing all the seats were covered in stains and the tables could have done with a wipe down between customers.

Unclean, floors, bathrooms, tables, window & clothing. Plus a staff’s members friend was busying around behind the counter, messing around. Come on costa!

Absolutely awful experience in Costa Coffee in Hawick, 2 Hot Chocolates, more like luke warm Hot Chocolates, Latte was tasteless and also just warm. The seating areas Absolutely filthy and it wasn't just from that days trade, walls, floors and seating dirty. £12.50 for that experience, I don't think so!! Never mind Costa Coffee, Costa Fortune with no standards!!!

Always enjoy a Costa coffee.Got offered a regular Winter blend to try,free of charge,liked it,will be having that on my next visit.
Doesn't have a big range of reusable coffee cups for sale but the staff are lovely and friendly and the coffee is always hot.
