Tasty late lunch with my elderly father in law. Christmas sandwich was huge & delicious as was the parsnip soup. They had gone to a lot of effort to decorate for Christmas. Really nice atmosphere with cheerful swift service. Would highly recommend

Good for dinner; great service, and seeing the old vault in the back was cool. The risotto was basic but passable. Chickpea hummus salad with pita bread was great. Everyone enjoyed their dinner option!

All four of us thought the food was one of the very best restaurant meals we have had in recent years. Superbly fresh and perfectly cooked. Service by lovely staff was first class and reasonable wines to accompany the food. Excellent experience.

We’ve been travelling for 3 months from Australia and this was one of our very best meals while away. Superb tastes, beautifully presented. We enjoy great food but don’t enjoy pretentious fine dining where you are charged lots and leave hungry. This was a terrific experience. Relaxed, unpretentious, superb flavours, great value 3 course dining. These guys really know how to cook. This place will impress you.

We went to the Night Safe with our brother and sister in law. We had a splendid meal. We all had cocktails too which were great.

We were with friends, service was 1st class as was the food,only problem no disabled toilet and lot of stairs to toilet, staff so helpful and apologetic, and at end gave us a discount and very heart felt apology,Please please get a disabled toilet I really want to come back with friends,Thank you for everything ❤

We were greeted warmly and attended to carefully by Cameron and Grace. The drinks menu was extensive and well-curated and the food menu equally deliberately crafted. We were very impressed. This was undoubtedly the highlight of our stay in Hawick and I hope to be back soon!
