Costa coffee dumbarton where do I start it's the staff that do a brilliant job in this shop they are polite, so helpful, and would do anything to make sure your happy on your visit, 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to the staff . Note to the people that own the shop you need to get down to this shop ASAP !!! and start doing repairs the staff do their best with water pouring out the ceiling flooding constantly and a refurbishment is most definitely overdue,and this is not a recent problem you've neglected this shop and staff for years , you have also just put the prices up so let's see some money getting spent in costa dumbarton . To you sir/madam 1 star

Man was friendly but got order wrong. He apologised and made it right immediately. The other staff ignored me even though a girl tidied the pastries right in front of me, while I waited. I later had to step aside to let her out from behind the counter and she again completely blanked me. She therefore needs some training in how to treat customers.

Dropped in with my wife for a quick coffee. Our barista was Nicole and she was very lovely, bubbly and gave us great service. Best coffee in Helensburgh.

I like this coffee shop, it's warm and friendly. However it was a bit difficult to find a seat as there were coffee cups and cakes on tables that hadn't been cleaned so it was difficult to see if a person had vacated the seats, but finally found one and had a nice relaxing coffee.
