I really enjoyed my stay at Sugar Boat. The room was well-designed, spotless and the bed was super comfy. The shower was great and there were some extra features like a kettle, a selection of teas, ground coffee, and two freshly baked shortbread cookies. I had dinner at their bistro with their soup of the day (red cabbage with sour cream), accompanied by crispy and buttery sourdough bread. Went for a last minute dinner midweek and had a great wee dinner. Nice menu with plenty of good choices. Selection of wine and cocktails also very good and the service from the staff is excellent.

Top notch food!!! ??Exquisite food and drinks for Christmas Day!!! Well worth the money!!! Fantastic atmosphere, great company from all diners sitting at other tables and staff were very attentive. Really made our Christmas Day very festive - brought lots of cheer and Ho! Ho! Ho!????
