The gingerbread man is such a lovely, friendly cafe. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and the food is always exceptional. I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Amazing place located not far from Helensburgh Central Train Station. Try to go as much as I can, the food is amazing, the coffee is great, and locally sourced as much as it can be - the way it should be!The service is amazing too, always friendly and have always been sure to find a seat. Good chat and a great laugh.

What a fabulous experience! From the minute we walked through the door we were made to feel really welcome by the staff. We ordered flat whites (which were smooth and tasty) and scrambled eggs and bacon which were absolutely delicious. The chef talked to us about the how they baked their own cakes and bread (sourdough was delicious) and sourcing food from local suppliers. What a delight! A great experience all round and we’ll definitely return. Highly recommended.

After horrible breakfast at the Henry Bell, we stopped by the Ginger Breadman Cafe and bought some lovely scones, brown bread, and free range eggs. Yay!Ginger Breadman Cafe saves the day!

Friendly staff with interesting menu and good atmosphere. Love independent cafes like this - staff were welcoming and attentive and facilitated gluten free choices. Menu has good brunch selection and the food was cooked to order by a chef who knew what he was doing. Prices were reasonable for the quality offered. Would definitely return.
