I'll be honest, I consider myself a foodie. Now hold on, I know that the term can be taken in the pejorative but I promise that I'm not a snob. I appreciate a dirty, late night pizza from a 24 hour joint just as much as an authentic wood-fired neopolitan that can be eaten wallet-fold style. Highly recommend this hidden gem of a place. Went in to get coffee and a wee cake, ended up us all getting a meal. I had the Sunday Roast and it was so tasty, beef was perfect. There was 6 of us in and each of us had empty plates. 2 of us had smoothies and the girls said nicest smoothies they have had in a long time. All the staff 1 girl, 1 boy and owner (I think) were all so accommodating and nothing was a hassle. We have already recommended the cafe and cannot wait to come back...read full review
Vietnamese evening, the meat/seafood element was nice enough, but I found the soggy broccoli disappointingly limp. Maybe that is the way of Vietnam? No carbs to be found in either the starter or main I had. Nuvo cuisine sort of portion size perhaps? The banana dessert took forever to arrive, but was also nice enough.
