I had a freshly made crepe with apples in cinnamon, toffee sauce and ice cream. Claire was the perfect skilled assistant who'd made fresh bread and cakes that morning. This is a lovely café that offers beautiful tasty homemade food at a reasonable price.

Stopped here as a pitstop on the way up to John o groats. Only got a cup of tea from here but the crepes looked nice. Beautiful backdrop and friendly staff.Dietary restrictions: Clear dietary restrictions displayed on menu.

we called in here looking for some late lunch. Judging by the sign outside, I wasn't expecting much, but how wrong was I ! Being the only place in town that would allow our dog in, and that was open, we decided to give it a try because we were so hungry. What a suprise to find homemade soup, served with homemade bread, a really tasty savoury crepe, great coffee, and friendly staff in a beautiful setting too! thoroughly recomend, well done ladies!

Stopped by for a cuppa on our way home up the A9. Lovely brew and tasty crepes and home bakes served by cheerful staff. Lovely river view and a wee pal outside as well :)

Hidden away in Helmsdale over looking the river, this little gem serves up savory and sweet crepes. Definitely worth a visit whether for food or to see the museum.
Cozy little place by the river! Great crepes, the one with cinnamon and apple I'd definitely recommend, especially with a scoop of the local ice-cream!

Found the cafe just inside the museum building. Beautiful outside area, quiet and scenic with brilliant crepes, both savoury and sweet.

Nice and friendly restaurant with an unexpected carribean kitchen. We were completly euphoric about the great, genuine taste - we never ate carribean food at this quality in Europe.Kid-friendliness: Our kids loved it.

Situated in the wonderful Timespan local museum, Helmsdale we had the most wonderful lunch today. With a Caribbean theme we had the most fantastic special of smoked haddock with accompaniments. Just amazing Thank you. Beautiful setting also by the river. Lovely staff too. Wish I was there for the Friday night Caribbean evenings!

Well worth the wait. Guy was on his own and so busy, still received great service with a smile. Food was fresh and delicious! We'll definitely be back.
