The staff is perfect and very polite. Especially Paul made me coffee exactly how I wanted it for the first time in this coffee chain. Very clean and tidy. Highly recommend.

Went in here for coffee which was excellent it wasn't very busy at the time we went which was goodDietary restrictions: I'm gluten free and there were plenty of gluten free cakes

Honestly so disappointed asked to sit in had to clear a table myself as all tables were filled with empty cups and plates waited over 15 minutes then given my coffee in a takeaway cup in the end just walked out never sat in was looking forward to enjoying a coffee and relaxing after been shopping won't be going back to this one seems to be priority is given to delivered orders via the app and not customers in the shop

Bulk standard Costa, but there was a table in the window available, staff were efficient and polite, and the hog roast sandwich was particularly nice.

Dirty wobbly tables, staff that didn’t seem to care

Central location and a great place to catch yourself before or after a long journey. I was able to get some productive time here as well. Friendly staff and clean atmosphere.

Why 5. Because they are open. A few spots open at 0630 but most open after 7. If you want coffee this a quick walk from anywhere in city and you get your caffeine fix. Why 5 because at 6 in the morning the staff are very friendly. The hostess was super sweet and helpful and the gent made the coffee with a smile. Why 5. Beqcause at 6 am it was open and the coffee was pretty good. I got a cuppicino and some treats and they were all pretty good. At 6 am I got a cup of coffee in Scotland. Cheers.

I love decent coffee and am a fan of Costa. This store is one of their older ones and has a lovely friendly team who take the time to chat to their customers. There are a group of loyal regulars who continue to come to this branch due to the Costa team who work there. They definately make the store , plus they serve really good coffees. Highly recommended

When it’s cold and wet, and Boxing Day, it was great to find this coffee shop open for business.Friendly staff and a wide array of snacks, coffee and tea, made for a good place for a coffee and a snack. As always, any loyalty points always counts, and I was able to add a few today.Just a minute walk from the hotel I was staying at, so a perfect location as well as for the shops.Well done to the staff too.
