Avoid, food was over one hour late, cold and only fit for the bin. Called four times. Was told they have a shortage of delivery drivers, tell us this at the point of ordering. Unlikely we will order from here again,,,, time will tell if we get our refund!!!!!!!

Ordered a takeaway for delivery. Driver delivered it on time however the pizza was the worst I have ever had at Domino's. There were also missing items. When I phoned I was questioned like a suspect and waited to get an answer for ages. He informed me I would get a refund, no apology and in the end no refund. Stay away.

food took over an hour and a half to come and when it did it was cold , i rang the store and they said they'd give me a refund straight away and not remake my order not that i would want them to anyway as the pizza was horrendous. their was also minimal toppings on it and the stuffed crust was extremely dissapointing. easily the worst takeaway ive ever had. refund still not sent either after a few days definitely just got fobbed off by the manager absolute joke of a takeout.

Had Dominoes before which was usually excellent. Paid £22 for a small pizza which was stone cold when delivered and took 2 hours to deliver. Won’t order from this shop again, £22 down the drain
Worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere.Technology issues on their end had resulted in me not receiving food I had already ordered and paid for. I am politely trying to find out how I can go about getting a refund and I am getting hung up on multiple times by different members of staff.

Normally this place is excellent but recently I got the wrong pizza and also they've stopped accepting cash in the shop which is incredibly annoying. Other than this, I always stop for a Domino's when visiting Inverness. Brilliant pizzas!
