“This restaurant is located on Church Street and it is easy to miss it because there are many restaurants on this street. The premises are much bigger than it looks from the outside.On the day we visited it was busy but we got a table. I ordered Macaroni and Cheese and like the other reviews it was a very large helping, almost too much. The service was fine and adequate.On paying, it was cash only which really surprised me as most would encourage contactless card payments. I was alright with that as I always carry cash it is much more reliable than technology!!I certainly recommend this place but be prepared for a big helping.”

“Food is great if a little on the steep side on price. Staff are nice enough. Like the new buzzer system they have introduced for waiting. Means you can wait in your car or wait in the restaurant and not worry about trying to hear your order number. Food is still unique for the area and would recommend as a filling meal for anyone.Dietary restrictions: Pretty much everything in here has gluten so if you can't eat it find somewhere else.”

“I've had a take-away from Shanghai twice now in the last week. The first one I had delivered towards the end of last week was so good, that I found myself driving there to get an up to date menu, and ordered another yesterday afternoon. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and it was good to see that they do their own deliveries (mine arrived within 25 minutes of putting the phone down). All the ingredients are clearly freshly prepared with just the right amount of crunch with the vegetables. I opted for the 2 large spring rolls and the schezuan chicken with fried rice. The spring rolls are almost a meal within themselves, but the main courses are massive. It is fair to say that I had a very tasty breakfast the following morning, with even a little left over for a snack at lunch. If you like quality, freshly prepared Chinese food then this is a must try, you won't be disappointed. I too would say to ignore any blatantly bad reviews... they surely didn't eat here. In the eternal words of Arnie... I'll be back!!”

“We've been regular customers for years. Usually very good. Had a couple of bad ones but never put us off as the good ones make up for it. What has put us off is the constant price increases. I understand cost of things has gone up but the meal deal that we've always had has gone up by 40% in 2 years. Unfortunately for this reason we won't be ordering anymore as too expensive for us now”

“Don't be fooled by the unappealing exterior of the store. There is excellent Chinese food delivered at really fair prices. And the portions also seem larger to me than in continental Europe. I'm excited.”
