“The exterior was really historical because it used to be an old church. We didn't make a reservation but because it was still early before dinner they accommodate us. We opted for the early evening course meal of roasted breast of chicken and pan fried pork loin, with the starters of piri piri marinated prawns and crispy chicken tenderloins. The food were delicious.”

“2 adults and 5 kids from ages 2 to 13, couldn't fault the food choices, standard, flavours, service or atmosphere, just brilliant. From the moment we walked in we were greeted pleasantly and seated, orders placed and with one minor hiccup of the kids meals it was returned and sorted super quickly no issues at all, everything was delicious, flavoursome, fresh, nice and hot and well presented. Even with 3 kids under 5 the atmosphere was great, staff were patient and very welcoming for the family. Just lovelyDietary restrictions: Due to my allergies they had extra measures in place meaning everything i ordered was prepared separately to avoid contamination, i was given a tablet to browse my meal choicea where i could filter to my dietry requirement making menu choices super easy and i didn't have to ask a million questions, just excellent!!Kid-friendliness: All staff were super friendly and very very patient with us as we were ordering and organising for the 5kids moreso the younger 3 which were 5 and under, high chairs provided, nappy changing facilities were clean, great atmosphere for families”

“This was actually the first time I had been to Pizza express since 2018! The food was ok but it was much pricier than I remember. The calzone was good but a withering rocket salad on the side look poor. The kids 3 courses for £7.95 was fine and looked good. I won't be rushing back.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free menu was good for our son.”

“I had a three course meal here a few weeks ago and to say that I was impressed would be an understatement. The place, cutlery and glasses are clean and tidy, the staff are very polite and the service is very quick. I had a Meatballs for starter which was very tasty, Carbonara and Fries for Main which were absolutely delicious and best of all there Brownie for dessert was just exquisite. This place is also very good at serving people with all allergies, so all people are able to eat here. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone.”
“Having arrived after braving floodwaters in the wake of Storm Babet and horizontal pelting rain at Culloden, we were desperate for some good food. Rocpool’s offerings are based on local ingredients with a very fine method of preparation which brings out the best in the individual parts. Every dish was exquisitely made and presented - of special note was the duck ragu papardelle which would expect to find in a high quality restaurant in Rome. Would 100% recommend to anyone after a quality feed in Inverness.”
