We're italians and this is the real italian ice cream, and the real espresso too! The owner has italian roots and is very nice and kind. So... assolutamente consigliato a tutti gli amici che cercano l'Italia a Inverness!

My daughter hot pot with round dough with chocolate sauce but didn’t like after couple of bits . I was same the cannoli’s were ok but not that great. Overly sugary taste in both . Buy product vice not for me.Service was great and staff were very good and fast.

Absolutely love a trip to Miele's Gelateria, by far the best thing to happen to Inverness! The staff are always fantastic - helpful and friendly. Looking forward to Liquorice being back in the cabinet... thanks to Alex for the friendly service today.

The other reviews are clearly fake. Doesn’t take a smart person to figure out that much. One visit and you know you’ve been scammed.Very, very cunning salesperson. She was very sneaky with the sale because of which the terribly sour gelato tasted even worse.She took my 2.5 pound order and made it 3.99 without asking. Once the cone is loaded, there’s little you can do.And then came the worst experience - the gelato itself.I have never tasted something so mediocre.Coincidentally, a couple of girls from my hostel were there too.I asked them later that day how they liked their gelato and unsurprisingly, they had the exact same review.Not one of us liked the absolutely overpriced gelato and would like to take that time and money back.

Great place with extremely delicious gelato. We both enjoy getting a few scoops and then going for a stroll. Even though it is autumn now and feels like winter we still get some at least once a week.
