Seems like the only place in the mall that's open for dinner so it's likely you may have to wait for a table.The chicken here is really good, so juicy and full of flavour. Worth the wait.

I’ve never seen a big Nando’s restaurant in London . This is the best one I’ve been so far . The city of Inverness is very pretty, I’m loving everything about this place .

Had a night out with my boys, they choose nandos and I was very impressed ordering was straight forward I had the rainbow bowl it was delicious and looked exactly as it was on the menu ? it was great value for money and tasty. The staff were great and not over bearing.Vegetarian options: Great range and very tasty and looks great ?

I was in Scotland with my husband and baby for a week. By the end of the day at about 9pm on 18th of August, 2023 we went there, I wore a dress and my all time crocs.The waitress takes us to our table and she asks me if I have ever been to Nandos. I am a NHS doctor and have lived in the UK for a long time now. I found the question was very inappropriate. Not sure if it was because of my color but made me really upset.

Visited Nando's with two friends around 1pm. Was met at the door by Claire, whom i assumed was the manager. Was told, in an unfriendly way to wait 15 mins even though the restaurant seemed at 30% capacity. Was shortly greeted by another waiter who promptly sat us at an empty table while she was away. This seemed to upset Claire who came to us asking if we were on some list. Did not feel welcome at all when we ate and I couldn't get over the treatment we received at the door. Perhaps a warmer welcome to customers would be nicer strategy if they are to enjoy dining at Nando's.
