I had a good experience here. They serve some tasty food. Earlier, I used to order the food through Just Eat and this was my first time in the shop. The shop has got a good ambience. They are pretty fast when it comes to serving the orders. The food is piping hot and tasty. There were lots of vacant seats when I visited the shop.

Only been here twice first time was in person and was pretty blanned , second time decided to get a delivery which seemed to take forever, the burrito I had was actually really nice untill 2am when it all came back up then suffered the rest of the night with cold sweats and trips to the bathroom, I’m sorry but if you can’t cook chicken correctly I’ll never be returning

Great friendly and very helpful service. Tried Pepe's for the first time on Saturday , absolutely loved the chick burgers. We will definitely be going back.

Food looks nothing like on menu, tastes mediocre at best. Music way too loud and happy in complete contrast to the staff who are completely useless and full of bad attitude. There's normally at least 5 staff standing around doing nothing and nobody will make eye contact with you while you wait for way too long for food, especially considering the excess staff. I've waited at least 20 minutes each of the three times I've been here. Was trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, learned my lesson now, definitely won't be back.

Food is good definitely overpriced but the staff are so unfriendly and I feel so uncomfortable every Time I go in they look at you like you shouldn’t be there it’s the most awkward and uncomfortable feeling standing waiting on your food it puts me off ordering from

Uncooked chicken, conflicting with pictures in menu. Unfriendly staff.I visited on 27th eve. Absolute disappointment for me.The chicken tender strips & some pieces in the quesadilla were half cooked. Some parts were raw, that I had to chuck them in the bin.I asked for hot strips. The chicken served was yellow instead of brown. When I asked the guy about adding some hot sauce to it, he refused.The tender strips were supposed to be grilled as in the menu. What I got was just an oven heated chicken without any signs of grilling.On top of all these, the staff were not welcoming.After 10pm, only half of the dining area was open.I wonder if these shops get inspected/ audited for quality by authorities or their head offices.I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone.

The food here is really good. Had a family platter and chicken was well cook and moist. If you are in Inverness and looking for halal food, give this place a try. Hard to find a halal placr that opens early. This shop opens at 11am.
