Food is way better than expected, highly recommend the haggis burger. Saff were very friendly. They accept blue light discount and you can order from your table with the app.

Really nice chicken wings,but for advertising 6 nations, even if it's Scotland,they have football showing beforehand and have to be asked to put on the 6 nations. At least this time,we caught the national anthems and the sound turned up. After the Scotland game today,the screen was changed to 405 which wasn't 6 nations. Was told,not everyone wants to see the rugby,but it's advertised in one of the windows outside. So got England v Ireland on and commentary on for a while but now it's been turned off. There are a few that are watching it. If you advise it, surely it should be on. Fine cider. But need to be more consistent on the TV screens.Wheelchair accessibility: A key operated toilet downstairs as one of our friends was able to use it. But the handle doesn't stay up at the locked position. Although it maybe still locked.

Excellent Atmosphere. Staff were friendly and engaging even though it was at a busy time. I had the Balmoral Burger and Hot Chocolate Fudge cake, would recommend both highly. We stayed longer than we had planned because it was a great vibe.

Nice atmosphere and reasonably priced food. However, my steak was overcooked when requested medium. Salt and pepper squid could have been better seasoned.

Myself and my family came out for what we thought was a nice dinner. We walked in the door and it was empty so they have no excuse. First of all there were 2 bartenders on that night, one gentleman with glasses who I have to say was lovely, bubble and looked like he wanted to be there. We'll the other gentleman clearly didn't, we had asked for drinks for them to be pretty much thown at us, and continued to be rude throughout our time there, the food was either not cooked, tasteless or cremated. If I was to go back again I would try avoid the bartender 100% he shouldn't be there.
