Stopped by tonight to try fusion sushi and we were not disappointed. Staff were absolutely lovely, food was made fresh in front of us with top quality ingredients. And the teriyaki sauce was out of this world. A hidden gem in Inverness. Love, your Glaswegian friends.

We visited yesterday as soon as they opened. Worker/owner was lovely very chatty had a lovely conversation. He was very helpful with recommendations. My partner has never had sushi as he doesn't like fish. He had the tori and absolutely loved it. We will definitely be going back!

Friendly staff and great food. We tried chicken sushi, prawn sushi and salmon sushi and all was amazing. The Best sushi in the area! We will come back and try many more soon!

I returned to Scotland from the US in June. I had been disappointed with sushi in Scotland until I visited The Sushiness this evening. I tried the deep fried lamb roll. I was a little sceptical to be honest, but it was amazing. The lamb was tender and the light crispy fried panko was a delight. Superb stuff. The owner or owners were super nice and I was given a nice hot cup of coffee while I waited. I'm a bit of a sushi snob and my girlfriend is Japanese. Well done The Sushiness, I'll definitely be back. ありがとうございます
