The manageress (I'm assuming she is as she wears normal attire) walks about with a face like thunder, is not welcoming and has no customer service, having her at tge front of house is not a good idea. Everything seems to be a problem or an issue for her, think she needs sent on a few courses, she let's down what could be a nice wee cafe.

Absolutely horrible food, the fish we ordered was grey and not suitable for human consumption. Go there only if desperate for a cup of coffee.

We visited the cafe for breakfast. We ordered 3 big breakfasts, 1 coffee, 1 tea and 1 Earl grey tea. Our order arrived ….. 1 breakfast, 2 earl grey teas & 1 coffee. We did not have time to wait for more to be cooked so we had to share 1 between 3. Also food was cold. Shocking service. Perhaps staff should pay more attention!!!

Dreadful experience for a simple chips n beans that took ages to order and ages to come, served in an airconditioned cafe with 9 degree temp outside. Staff dismissive and unproductive. A quick en route bite was a major time wasting expedition.

I was surprised by how decent this was. I wasn't expecting much from a Tesco cafe but there's good choice of food and drinks and they seem to be aiming for coffee shop quality to rival Costa. Would probably still choose that though.

Popped in for a lunchtime snack and really enjoyed our snacks/skin on chips etc. Better than the restaurant chains in the retail park and reasonably priced.
Nice looking cafe and the food tasted good but the staff don’t seem happy. There was 2 staff on the till but very slow with orders and a long wait in the queue. The menu is very set, I tried to swap skin on fries to Chucky chips (same price) with my burger but the boy said no he gets in trouble for swapping things. Seemed annoyed I’d asked. Plate was dumped on our table and other tables left with empty plates. Overall food was good but the waiting staff could be better.

A great place for meals or a coffee and cake. Staffing is very good and pleasant always ready to help. I highly recommend the café.

We had chicken burger and macaroni cheese and the loaded fries, all was really tasty and freshly cooked exceptional quality food for a Tesco cafe. The staff were friendly and the place was clean.
