I have used chill grill on and of for years had some outstanding food got a chicken garam masala tonite tasteless wasnt going to post anything but phoned them to complain not looking for any sort of money back or discount put the phone down on me twice ignorant people i know people will like them but dont touch them

Ripped off on an order where they missed the cheeseburger and chips but said the reason the order cost so much more than the 2 items we received is because of sauce and salad separately.I might have believe that if he didn't ask if we wanted cheese on the burger.But to charge £4.50 to put sauce in a 5p tub and salad in a 1p plastic bag is a rip off.We won't be back.

Ordered a large chips cheese and donner and small chips and cheese.....£18. Disgrace. But was starving so went with it. Both items came cold, the portions were tiny. Barely enough for a child let alone an adult. Donner meat was dry and seemed like it had been sitting for days. Used to use chill grill all the time. Won't be back. Went right down hill

Ordered chicken baked potato and lamb tikka kebab, paid for it, then I asked for cheese to be added to baked potato paid an extra 50p little did I know my friend already ordered with cheese so I paid for it again, on getting to hotel no CHICKEN!!! On baked potato, check your order every time, not be back

Ordered a chicken tikka calzone from this place less than half an hour on way to work. Dough not cooked properly, No chips in it, no dips in it, portion size ridiculously small and the prices in the place are horrendous. I would advise everyone to boycott the place. Rank Rotten

Ordered a king hoagie, there was that little donner meat on it that it would've been suitable for a vegetarian. What was on it was scraps and cut up into tiny pieces. Then the fatist that answered the phone (owners daughter) accused me of eating some of the dregs from it. Terrible customer service and they apparently don't like big boned people. Avoid at all costs, far better in the town.
Used Chilli Grill for my an occasion on Saturday 25th and the food was superb. Staff could not have been more accommodating and excellent service. Highly recommend and food was a enjoyed by all. Thank you.

Have had many takeaways from Chill Grill over the past year or so and have never been disappointed. Curries are fabulous and calzone is out of this world. A favourite is the curry meal deal. Pakora, spicy onions, popadoms, choice of curry with rice or naan, and a drink. Unbeatable.
