18 Kilwinning Rd, Ayrshire, IrvinePleasant welcome for our afternoon tea. arrived promptly but had to go and get some milk as wasnt provided with our coffee. sandwiches were lovely and soft but the scones were very hard (this has happened before) otherwise a pleasant experience in lovely surroundings

BUT THE MUSIC IS BANGING WITH PARAMORE, MCR, FOB AND CHAPPELL ROAN, US EMOS/ALTS ARE HAVING A JAM SESSION WHILST HAVING ICECREAM ONLY THE BEST THING TO DO WHICH DOESN'T HAPPENED OFTEN AS IF WE DO WE NEED TO BUY ICECREAM AND PUT ON SPOTIFY WITH HEADPHONES. staff are also so nice and look awesome too. Love vanilla Joe's so much need to come back to jam to more emo songs.

Third Ave, IrvineWe stumbled upon this van while visiting the area in our camper . We both opted for a full breakfast ( egg, sausage , black pudding, bacon ,square sausage, tattie scone & beans) this also came with a buttered roll and cup of tea/coffee or tin of juice.
The food was hot and quickly served, quality good and the price fantastic £6.50 per breakfast.

The loaded fries are defos my favourite by far , can get a full two nights of meals out of it . The pistachio deserts aswell agh , keep making good food ? quick service for walk ins aswell !

The savoury pizza was so good that we had to try it again on our next visit to Irvine (which won't be the last)

Gravy isn't meant to be sweet and this stuff could curl your toes, really disgusting and needs to be changed ASAP

54 Harbour St, IrvineVisited here for the first time in February '26 since pre COVID. The layout of the tables has changed which made the location seem a lot more spacious and open. The staff were helpful and attentive. It was very busy, but the staff were accommodating to everyone who walked through the door. Plenty to choose from on the menu and specials board, with 'outside the box' vegetarian options too. As always, the cakes did not disappoint... the only problem is trying to pick one out the amazing selection!
