Apart from the cost of everything, ( and you would think I would have been prepared, especially with the brand name starting with Costa ???? ) ..... apart from that, the coffee is lovely, the cakes are inviting, the roll and sausage was delish' ..... I've no complaints there.Nice place to meet someone, catch up, have a break from shopping, or even if you just fancy a drink ?

I ordered 2 breakfast wraps via just eat, to then receive two NON-BREAKFAST wraps containing items I’m severely allergic to and can put me into hospital. I am extremely unhappy with the restaurant, as this is so careless. If the restaurant was out of breakfast wraps then I should’ve been called and asked what I would like as an alternative. Or give me a refund and keep me from wasting my money. You don’t just choose on behalf of the customer! This is so irresponsible. Will not be using your restaurant again?

This is my preferred Costs in Irvine. My husband & I go there almost every Sunday lunchtime. The latte coffees are always warm, but the equally warm smiles from Sarah makes it a lovely experience. Sarah is so friendly & always has a cheerful smile on her face. She's pleasant & engaging & efficient. Whether she's serving you your coffee, clearing tables or sweeping the floor, Sarah does it all with a smile. She's a great asset to Costa, especially in such a front of house role. Thanks Sarah!

This is my favourite Costa. The staff are great with a couple being exceptional. It is the Costa that provides the most reliable excellence in making a cappuccino just the way I like it. I actually decided to try this branch after having used the one in the shopping centre. Unfortunately the quality of the coffee there was so unpredictable. Now under new management so I am sure will improve but I will stick with the retail park

Great welcome from the following staff who are all fun characters…Dean, Lisa, Sarah and Gillian. They are great ambassadors for the company. All so friendly and attentive. Great place to visit and we’ll be back for sure.

Had a mango and passion fruit cooler with a slice of carrot and walnut cake. All amazing! Staff are friendly. My only issue is the store seems a bit cramped for the huge amount of customers they receive.
I been this morning for a coffee and a croissant but was close, the girl inside said open 8am, but on the door the hours was 7am to 7pm and on the website the hours table was 7.30 am to 7.30pm, so is very ridiculous that don’t respecting the open hours so costa caffe today lost 4 customer

I personally find Costa a little bit expensive for what they sell, toasties, cake, biscuits and coffee. This Costa has really friendly staff that make you feel welcome. I would definitely go back.
