Had onion rings and pepperoni pizza tonight on way home from beach with dogs. Girl had said they had just taken over. Food was quick cooked fresh and was so good. See you again.

Hair in my food!! Had a few deliveries and enjoy the food. Have felt that it's a bit overpriced for the portionsizes, however that's not stopped us, we've had orders at £30 and orders at £90, so had saw us as good customers. Got a delivery, was £25 for the 2 pastas and as we were eating I found a hair! Obviously that put me and my partner both off our food and di ner was ruined. I phoned and was no answer, they had closed, so the next day I phoned to let them know what had happened and explained that I kept the food and was popping it in and to speak about the issue. Upon going in, it was less than professional, and shrugged off.. the guy kept saying that they wear hair nets ect, so I pointed out it was a long light coloured hair and not one of mine, his response was basically "I'm not gonna argue about it, I will refund you £7.50". I said I didn't think it was 7.50 and he said oh 8.05, I told him there was chicken and bacon added on, to which he shrugged that off, swearing some more and basically that was that. I felt pretty let down, and as a business owner myself with several places, I felt utterly shocked at the poor level of customer service. It had nothing to do with the money, I would have been happier if he had been genuinely sorry about it and actively cared about sorting out why the hair was there to stop that happening again. I was left feeling completely fobbed off. Its a shame as they struggle with a poor location for drop ins so I assume they need decent delivery numbers, but the way they are going, it's not going to last. I personally would never go back, and neither will our friends who have heard what's happened and how it was basically made out that I was some how at fault for finding a hair. The food taste is good, and some dishes are a good size (they come in a big tub) for the price, so it's a shame that poor hygiene standards and poor customer service is going to be the down fall of them. But to the guy from prestwick I spoke to instore (won't mention your name here) if your the owner, I certainly hope you take on board this feedback, and if your the manager then please seek out some more training or just quit your job and give this place a fighting chance, as with you on board I hope for the best but fear the worst.Parking: Parking not ideal, car park is across the road, and barriers make it that you must walk around them, so it's a bit of a walk in the rain to go inside

Over priced and over cooked, beef lasagne was over cooked and burnt at the bottom, says home made but tasted like microwaved, pizza was alright nothing

Tried for the first time tonight with my sister and we absolutely loved it. We had a pizza, four cheese rigatoni with a side of wings. All the food was amazing and the staff were really nice. Also very clean takeaway. We will be back.

Tried from Little Roma for the first time tonight and it did not disappoint! Food was still warm when I got it, tastes amazing (I got the rigatoni Al pesto). Would definitely recommend!
Great pizza however pasta arribiata was terrible and we couldn’t eat it. Had tried the food when it was Forno and wasn’t too impressed but decided to give another try. Unfortunately won’t be ordering from here again.

Delicious pizza with high quality dough. Lovely salad and sides. I cannot eat the same quality of pizza in Glasgow, so I come to Irvine to eat pizza at Forno Irvine.

Just tried this lovely wee place tonight, it was awesome ???, this has got to be the best Italian takeaway in Ayrshire I have tried so far. My girlfriend loves it too. Very professional service, and was an easy order to collect, was nice and warm after the 10 min drive home.Look forwards to trying my next delicious take away very soon, compliments to the chef, keep up the good work guys ???.

Thought we would give this place ago but it was disappointing from start to finish, the offer they had advertised had been changed so we only got 2 pizzas and chips which cost £20. It was cold when we collected and it didn't taste like an authentic Italian pizza, it was like cheap tomato puree and cheap cheese, i have tastied far better! I have visited Italy 7 times and this wasn't worth the money, we won't be back.
