Marcos Enzos and Mammas all operated by same family who set prices amongst themselves. Chips just went up 50pence to £3.50 without justification. All other prices increased accordingly a pure rip off for local customers. I now drive to Dreghorn chippy where chips are only £2.70 and other prices are all reasonable and food quality is better and servers more pleasant. Thanks to the consortium's greed I now eat better and for less at Dreghorn chippy.

No longer value for money. Go here every week but taking my business elsewhere. 90p for a fritter and just added 50p to a bag of chips so £3.50 now all suppers are now up. Always a hit and miss if food was hot. Seriously having a laugh Marco, price of potatoes have dropped by £8 a sack.

Used to love Marcos, but tonight my Fiance and I got a sausage supper and a black pudding supper, both absolutely rotten, certainly won't be buying from here

Great chippy but prices are expensive. The pizza sizes are very small now but wait times long as it is busy.
Ordered my food and was told 10 mins waiting, waited 25 then noticed they had gave half my order to another customer who had just walked in the door ,not one person behind the counter said or apologised, waited another 15 mins to finally get order NO apologies again... the girl put my food on the counter and said thats it, I said NO apology she said were sorry .. well Hen try harder next time u all make an arse of someones order cause that was the most pathetic effort from you... U all were to busy talking about hair dye with ur fake eyelashes, fake tan and fake apology has just lost you another customer....

Noticed my address number for delivery was 1 digit out.Phoned shop told them gave correct number.No delivery.Will never order from here again.

Twice in the last 2 weeks,what a disaster, first time waited for 25 minutes for a single special fish,was told it would be 6 minutes, not to be deterred returned last night same order, happened to look in the box and noticed there was only one fish when for the last five years there has always been two, considering the cost of this order, i returned to ask about this change and was informed the the same as the earlier time , its my fault the fryer said and went to rectify the mistake, what did he do, opened the box and filled it with chips, i ask you is there any basic training given or is it just second class service, will not be back, not even a mail address to contact, this service will continue if customers can't highlight problems, get a grip and you will find you sales will increase, but untill then it will not be from me
