Ordered a chicken fried rice. Came well within the delivery time. Open the tub and all I had was fried rice and chicken. No peas, ham or even egg. Called the shop and was told this is how they do it. I have been a customer for 10 years and never had a chicken fried rice like this before from the Rice Paper. Owner was very adamant that I was wrong. Standards have slipped since they installed Foodhub. Unfortunately I wont be ordering from here again, which is such a shame.

yesterday. When I got home, I found that I ordered the wrong chicken tom yum soup. This was not the food I requested, and it also overcharged me in disguise. It doesn’t matter. , the disadvantage is that the soup tastes very salty, I doubled the water and it was still inedible. Other food including wonton noodles, chicken wings, etc. also taste very salty. I hope you can improve it, but I believe I will not patronize it again.

Fantastic service every time, when you phone up to order they know exactly who you are. Cannot fault a single dish, also chips are amazing, very moreish!.

We tried rice paper for the first time as it has so many rave reviews but I wouldnt say we were impressed with everything tbh. The service wasn't great to start, the portion sizes weren't massive, the chips were only half full, the rice wasn't a full container, none of it was very hot, taste wise it was OK, the chips were half cooked, the onion rings were tiny but the curry sauce was very nice albeit a little spicy. May need to try something else as it may have been because it was so busy. . Certainly not the best chinese I've ever had?

Latest visit to Rice Paper made recently as usual met with friendly and efficient counter staff. Food as always was delicious and I find it difficult to eat better Chinese and Thai dishes anywhere in the west of Scotland. I travel a few miles to collect and eat take away food from Rice Paper but it’s well worth it. Worth a mention is the delicious hot and sour soup prepared here, I’ve eaten this soup in Chinatown New York, Chinatown San Francisco and all over Europe, however, the version served here is way ahead (taste and quality) of other establishments. Keep up the very high standard Alex and staff.
I recently ordered from this Chinese takeaway and I was blown away by the quality of the food! The dishes were all delicious and flavorful, with generous portions. The staff were friendly and the service was quick and efficient. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this Chinese takeaway to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!

I order a chinese every weekend. We have just returned to Rice Paper after ordering from another chinese. The salt and chilli shreaded chicken is mostly perfect, but every now and then it is so salty it is inedible. No chips, rice or curry sauce can cancel it out, and no one is able to eat it. I am not sure if there is a different chef every so often who has malfunctioning tastebuds. I would rate it 5 stars on the good days and negative when it's not right.

Really disappointed meal. Use to be our favourite Chinese but really gone downhill. Chips are disgusting, weirdest sea weed I’ve had and the batter on the prawns just fell off when taking it out of the container
