Got the 2 for £10 sundaes online. I really enjoyed the white chocolate blondea sundaes and my friend said her sundaes was good aswell. Really nice ice cream. The driver was lovely as always, he goes the extra mile to bring the order to my door instead of the front entrance. Always smiling! Absolutely recommend this place!

As per previous post within last 30 mins, I managed to get through on telephone on the 74th call and spoke to what can only be a young girl, I asked to speak to someone in charge she stated she wld get her team leader then the call was ended, clearly not interested in customer service will nvr shop here again

This place is so good I got a lotus biscoff milkshake and what can I say it was amazing definitely go there and I also got a kinder bueno cake and pancakes and it was bussin please try it the only thing is that it takes a long to to get it delivered so I would recommend just to go and pick it up and is also very cheap

Not good. £6.50 for a small sundae & donut balls that were clearly just cupcakes bought from elsewhere - could see the lines from the wrapper.

Tried Oreo and vanilla with white chocolate sauces and it was amazing I’d defo recommend the price for it was only £4.40!

The pancakes are soo good me and my mate came in today for 2 pancakes and we came back again just for more of them because they’re so good!
Ordered a Birthday cake at short notice. There was an excellent choice of flavours toppings and fillings. Was delighted with the end result. The cake looked stunning and tasted delicious. It went down a storm with the 11 guests at my sister's 60th Birthday meal. Well done shells, scoops and shakes!

Ordered cookie dough which was just shop bought cookies, which we heated up and just fell apart. On the website it gives you option for cheesecake as a topping, had a call to say that it wasn't. Took flakes as an alternative, which were small and tasted out of date. Ice cream pretty much the same, said milky bar but apart from the smallest pieces you wouldn't know, more like ice scraped from the freezer. Only nice thing was the chocolate dipping sauce which I assume was Nutella so can't go wrong and the delivery was quick - course it was, not much to prepare. Had to bin and get a Vanilla Joe's. Now I am satisfied but sadly not from here. Disappointed that one star is the lowest you can give. Won't order again!!!

When we walked outside and tasted it we dropped our ice-creams in the next bin. They both were very grainy and tasted of the freezer. There were many big tubs in the counter, most with a few servings left in the bottom. We’re not experts but it would seem the ice cream has been kept for too long and likely been partly melted and re-frozen.

Ordered 2 desserts 13quid, rotten. Mold in slushy machine, empty juice laying everywhere, rubbish laying everywhere. How does this place pass HSE checks I don't know. Wish I went to the other ice cream place at the harbour.
