It's ok, food is alright, but honestly, in my opinion, it wasn't as good as I thought it was going to be as i have had better imo... I like the churos though, they were nice.That's just my opinion, though... if you like Mexican food, you can try it out.

Went for the first time, was ok, staff were informative, but never really cracked a smile or made you feel welcomed, service was prompt and food was quite good, but the tables were not cleaned properly and I put napkins on top of table before we ate, I would go back no problem due to the food, but would maybe use the drive through next time, just a shame about the lack of cheerful staff and cleanliness, which reflects on the atmosphere of the place aswell.

Feels very American, they keep the place clean and they have very good customer service, food isn't what I expected for the price but was still good.
Went through the drivethrough as I always do in TacoBell in Irvine and ordered a meal and quesadila on its own. I was quite shocked that a quasidia on its own isn't that much cheaper than just buying a meal. I queried this at the till and was also told you pay more than a quid for sauce. That was all good and I took the delivery and came up the road to find that my sons Churross were missing from the meal. Getting as bad as their rivals Mc-D-S for getting orders wrong. If I wasn't just in from work I would have went back to get it rectified myself.

Twice I have ordered from Just Eat and the drivers have delivered the wrong orders and blamed the restaurant. When I have phoned they didn't take responsibility and told me to contact Just Eat who also didn't do much. It was just a blame game between them all.

Me and my son absolutely love the food in here. Especially the loaded fries. One of our favourite places to go and the taco bell app is really good for gaining points and getting money off the next time you go.

Dirty and unfriendly staff my chips were cold from walking to seat in god cheese sauce was warmer than my food... was ignored when went to ask for napkins as none stocked not like they have been busy... walking with face like fiz on them.. one girl came out and cleaned the tables and was still dirty

This place keeps getting worse and worse first of all they give you no cheese sause when you pay £1.30 it’s crazy I came to Taco Bell today and I received a quesadilla that was not cooked. The cheese was cold when I went up to the woman to ask her, if she could maybe give me a refund or a new meal she refused and said that it was cooked right when I tried to show her. She said it was fine when she didn’t know, because when I took the bite out of it was cold She was arguing with me saying that I was not right. This is unbelievable. I was just coming out to have a good day with my friends just because I am a child doesn’t mean I was lying because I know that was hard and thought and when I left they were all staring at me and when I left I heard them all talking about me .
