The service procedure really needs looking at. Plenty staff but awful service which is such a shame as could be run so much more efficiently.

Absolutely shocking service. We ordered 2x hot chocolates around 10mins before closing time on a Saturday, to be met with an argument between two of the staff over who would make them because “I made the last one” “oh but I’m working tomorrow too” this went on for three or four minutes whilst we stood waiting for them to make our drinks. The third woman, who appeared to be the manager could not have been any less friendly and actually complained that they had had a lot of hot chocolate orders that day so it’s no wonder her staff can’t be bothered… I will never return. P.S they also got our order wrong the first time, and the 2nd time the hot chocolate was rank.

Shocking customer service. We were made to feel like an inconvenience for being there. If staff don’t want to serve customers they should maybe consider a different career.

Horrendous service, 40 mins only from inner door to get a slushie for my overheated son.Not enough staff and the two were overworked making frappes. No manager to look at situation.

Dog friendly, always like the food and the setting is fab, but OMG some of the staff are either rude or just seem like they couldn't care less. Kinda spoils whole vibe. On the other hand others are just lovely. Please do some work to bring all staff up to the high standard of some.

Good little Café but the staff need some discipline. Three younger Servers behind the Counter bellowing at each other at the tops of their voices like they are down the Park with their mates. It was deafening. Staff seem to be more interested in socialising with each other then serving customers.

Had a lovely toastie and soup from here. Great that the dogs can come along also and nestled in the beautiful Eglinton Country Park too. Well worth it

It used to be OK, hence the relatively low score but it's really good now. Quality food excellent service and it's in a beautiful park.

Not so dog friendly I was told the dog wasn’t allowed inside so had to leave the dog alone outside while queuing to order coffee
