I placed an order one meal missing and the other inedible chicken donner it was cold not hot full of bone and gristle - I tried calling could not get through as it was a Saturday evening. I emailed payeat who I placed the order through and emailed volcano twice about a full refund- totally ignored. A waste of just short of £24 from a take away I have not had issues with before. Won’t use them again!If they wish to rectify this all my information will be detailed on order number #7285276 from Volcano Restaurant then I would remove this review but I doubt they will respond at all very poor quality and customer service.

This used to be my go to place for pizza and kebabs when i stayed in Irvine 8 or 9 years ago. Moved to Ayr then returned to Irvine 3 years ago and thought id see if they were still as good....i was left disappointed. Ordered a large spicy chicken pizza, garlic bread, chips and a large donner kebab around 8pm, it was delivered in a reasonable time of approx 45 minutes....however, the pizza base was really floppy and when a slice was picked up the toppings began to slide off back into the box, the chips were okay i suppose as was the garlic bread but the kebab was quite gristly and it was lukewarm at best.I dont know whats happened to this place but its a shame, was the only place i ordered from at one time but now theres others that id rather use.Overall - 5/10

Really really poor from volcanos. A chicken tandoori kebab order - with salad and sauce separate, received a dry bit of cold pitta with cold chicken and no salad!

i bought what was meant to be 2 hoagies boxes and was giving 2 very small donner hoagie wraps with legit 2 pieces of donner meat in each and was ice cold with no chips and i paid £20 for this and when i called i was met with excuses and cheek will never be ordering from here again awful and it only took 20 mins and was still baltic cold would not reccomend!!!

Usually a great place for food however tonight both curries were not very warm, Nan bread which I don't even think was a nan bread was cold and hard, called and no help was given, quite rude and was told they were boiling when they left the shop, yes I'm sure this was the case but when they arrived at me they were not.

Ordered 2 kebabs & mixed pakora for delivery, 2 kebabs got delivered but no sign of mixed pakora, anyway, 2 kebabs were absolutely delicious, mixed pakora when it came on a 2nd delivery was reheated, overcooked crap, I’d have been better binning the money same as the pakora, awful.

Staff not reading note with order items, too busy listening to gloating female customer . Staff got order wrong , missed at least 3 items. Needs to improve asap.
