This little restaurant was a big surprise, not only was the it really nice inside but the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the food was absolutely amazing. Me and my girlfriend booked in for valentines day and we weren't disappointed because they really give big restaurant chains like Miller and Carter a proper run for their money.We got the the muscles and the stornaway haggis bon bons which was just the start of our tour de taste which set us up for our main course the Chateaubriand to share which was the most succulent cuts of steak i'v tasted, cooked medium-rare to perfection which comes with some cherry tomatoes, 4 larger onion rings and your choice of chips which believe me was enough to fill me up to the point i almost couldn't stomach a pudding but i'm glad i did because i got to try the sticky toffee pudding and ice cream which totally topped off the whole experience while my gf gpr the chocolate moose which was a valentines day special for yhe occasion. If your reading this then I hope you give them a try because I will definitely be going back for more. See you again soon.

A brilliant steak place that is completely under rated. Never heard of it before so when I went and tried it, I wasn’t expecting too much. It was so good! The chateaubriand had a delicious beefy flavour. The vibes inside are still casual so you don’t feel like you need to get all dressed up like nearly every other steak spot. The bon bons were a firm fave for the starter. I didn’t think the mac & cheese, or the garlic mushrooms were worth £6 each so I would steer clear of these as sides! The sticky toffee pudding sundae was out of this world… two delicious desserts combined!

First time here with my husband, this was a gift from our kids. We both ordered fillet steaks with cheese sauce chips onion rings and tomatoes. Everything tasted amazing, Well cooked and presented well. Great meal, service was excellent .

The Butchers Steak and Grill. The name should tell you all you need to know. We passed the Grill on the way back from a Funeral nearby. My friend told me that we were passing one of the best restaurants in the area. I phoned later to book but no tables were available. I asked for a chance at a cancellation and hit the jackpot. I would love to tell you how good the menu looked and how accommodating the staff were. (Better experienced than described) Ribeye steak, 45 day dry aged, smoked garlic and butter sauce, onion rings etc etc. A finer steak you'll travel far to find. Thank you Sean for finding a table and to Aliyah for looking after us through the evening. Really can't thank you all enough.
