Service here was shocking, short staffed, 2 errors on our order, went through drive through, told to park and wait for half our order then they forgot about us, husband had to go back in twice. Terrible wont be back to this one.

I visit Johnstone Starbucks regularly, it has a good atmosphere and the staff are always helpful and friendly especially Chris who always has a smile for everyone.Parking: Parking never a problem and if you can't get a space in the starbucks car park there are plenty of spaces in the Aldi car park next to it.

Popped along earlier today to treat the kids while they’re off school and one of the drinks in the order was wrong. Let the baristas know, and they quickly whipped up the drink we ordered without any fuss. They were so good about it! Thanks again!!

Food and coffee excellent as per usual, however, not for the first time, my wife and I noticed tables being cleared but not cleaned with a bacterial spray or any spray for that matter.We would have thought this should be something that is done automatically by the staff.
