I absolutely love this fantastic little cafe. The couple that run it are fabulous, only exceeded by the food and coffee on offer! Great combination of classic baking of many things familiar, and an incredibly tasty range of Turkish goodies! And the coffee? Brill. And so good to see such a welcoming place become established in Kilbirnie main street. Just what we need, and then some. You will definitely not be disappointed and absolutely worth a detour if you're in the area. You can get parked most easily in the free car park beside the Salvation Army building, and take a wander down. And then, on the way back, a visit to the Old Cottage yarn and craft shop will not disappoint either!

A wonderful wee haven of a place Coffee & Cakes is the perfect place for a natter or sitting quietly thinking about your day over a sandwich, homemade delicious cakes and selection of fresh coffees and teas.Tony and Dougu (Dee to us locals) are gems - the warmest and gentlest atmosphere in North Ayrshire.
