Breakfast was delicious and happy with price staff ruined it by charging £9 60 for 4 teas as my friend and I like strong tea and asked for an extra teabag each so £4 80 for 2 teabags

Went for a breakfast roll for 3 of us. Rolls were delicious, and filling was good and roasting hot. There are plenty of choices of specialist teas. Pots of tea and coffee were red hot and kept hot right to the end. Prices for everything are very reasonable. Cosy atmosphere with the added extra of an open log fire, which was very welcome on a crisp, frosty day. The outlook onto the falls of Dochart is a beautiful sight to behold. I'd definitely recommend this cosy restaurant.

We called in for a quick lunch. The soup was delicious.Walkability: There is a car park just a few yards away but walk up the road and cross the bridge to see the beautiful falls of Dochart

We ordered hunter's chicken, chilli nachos & a side of chips and were very happy with the food. Good quality meat and generous portions. Nice and cosy resturaunt with an open fireplace and nice lived in feel. Would happily recommend.

Called in for some refreshments this morning as we walked through Killin. One of only a few places open at this time of year.Roaring fire in the main room which we thought was a great addition on such a cold morning.Unfortunately that's where it ended. The server / waitress asked how many, we said 3 and she rudely pointed at a table next to the short steps and snapped "THERE"She then leaned over and threw the menus from the steps on to the table without saying anything. It's not like the place was busy.At the point we got up and left, her rudeness was unbelievable and uncalled for. I don't tolerate rudeness from anyone, especially from an establishment that would have been taking my money. Not sure what this place is known for but in the years I've visited Killin, this is the worst service I've ever experienced.
