Glenlyon tea room
Glenlyon tea room, Bridge of Balgie, AberfeldyWhat a fab place . Visit when we up this way usually for a drink and cake but had lunch this time round. Soup was delish and the pastrami panini was a hit . They also sell fresh bread, which was well worth the purchase ?. A must visit when you up this way.

Shutters Restaurant
Craiglea, Main St, KillinOn a lovely sunny day we chanced upon Shutters, clearly a popular venue with cyclists and walkers, and had a very pleasant tea and cakes. Service was friendly despite much in demand and the decor and furniture easy on the eye and very comfortable. Thoroughly enjoyable time.

Capercaillie Restaurant and Bar
Capercaillie Restaurant, Main St, KillinWent for a breakfast roll for 3 of us. Rolls were delicious, and filling was good and roasting hot. There are plenty of choices of specialist teas. Pots of tea and coffee were red hot and kept hot right to the end. Prices for everything are very reasonable. Cosy atmosphere with the added extra of an open log fire, which was very welcome on a crisp, frosty day. The outlook onto the falls of Dochart is a beautiful sight to behold. I'd definitely recommend this cosy restaurant.

Cruachan Farm Restaurant, Caravan & Camping Park
A827, KillinQuiet and fun place to stay a couple of nights with the kids. It was very handy for walking up Ben Lawers. The toilets were really clean. The plot we had was a good size and nice and flat, electric hook up and we had a wee tent and a campervan. The woods/forest were fun to explore and build dens in.
