Another great family weekend, the house is really fantastic, so well equipped and the pool table, table tennis, hot tub and sauna are all great extras that make for such a fun weekend. Perfect for all ages, great location, and really helpful & responsive hosts. We will be back!

The House At Bridge Of Lochay was the absolutely perfect accommodation for our family gathering for my mother’s 80th birthday, us being a party of 18, spanning three generations from 82 to 17 years old, grandparents, children and grandchildren, with 10 under 25s, travelling from as far as the Middle East and Australia. The House itself was ideal for us, with the games room complete with a pool table, table tennis, darts board and Pac Man. The cinema provided after dinner entertainment, often with impromptu karaoke spanning into the small hours. The sauna and in particular the outdoor jacuzzi hot tub were favourites with many. The kitchen was idea for ad hoc snacks, breakfast and lunch and cooking dinner, which the entire family enjoyed together in the banquet hall each evening. There were other sitting rooms as well where the family sat around and chatted or played cards or board games. The House is massive with loads of space, the bedrooms were all first class, all with ensuite bathrooms. Killin itself is an easy drive to get to with some wonderful countryside and scenery both on the journey there and in the surrounding area. The town and Loch Tay provide kayaking and mountain biking, hill walking and less arduous walks along easy-going pathways. We even managed a bit of a kick-about on the football pitch in the park in town. There is a well-stocked Co-op within easy walking distance in which you can get almost anything you might need. And ‘Shutter’ tearoom gets a special mention.All-in-all it was a great few days together enjoyed by all. A big thank you to our hosts Amanda and Bob, for making us most welcome and who were on hand to show us around when we arrived and if needed, but otherwise left was to enjoy the stay. The House At Bridge Of Lochay and Killin were 5-Star for us and we cannot recommend highly enough!Stuart Currie July 2023

We hired The House At Bridge Of Lochay for a personal development retreat, it was a perfect location for the event we were running. Beautiful rooms with ensuite bathrooms, lots of activities to indulge in down time and lovely open fires. There were 17 of us in total and we had a fantastic stay. Amanda and Bob were very quick to reply to any of our enquiries and very warm and welcoming.I very much recommend hiring this beautiful home for a Scottish getaway!

We stayed at the House Winter 2023 to celebrate our Dad’s 80th Birthday. The accommodation was perfect for our family of 27, plenty of space to be together and equally enough areas to chill or be entertained. Fantastic kitchen/dining facilities for our self-catered experience. Happy to recommend and would absolutely return!

We had a wonderful time with friends and family celebrating birthday for one of our own. Wow the scenery is amazing, the view from my room i can't shake it off my mind, it's a memory I will cherish for ever. The amenities in the house gave us liberty to cook our own traditional dishes, it was amazing. One little thing is just to up the game with cleanliness, my room had cup marks on the bedside table, dead insects all over mostly bathroom with spider webs. The nice thing is when it was mentioned to the owners they came and checked and tried to clean, yes that is called good service??The village itself is in the outskirts but the house is positioned correctly, amazing views. Given the chance would definitely come back during summer ❤️

This large house, had absolutely everything a family gathering would need! Large beautiful kitchen, dining and party rooms. Fires throughout the house and a games room that entertained adults and kids all weekend. The sauna and hot tub is very well maintained, with the extra touch of towels and flip flops. The rooms here are exceptional. Very tastefully decorated, a touch of luxury with all being en suite. The private playgrounds for the children, is fantastic!Amanda and Bob, were fantastic hosts, answering all questions prior to arrival, and a personal handover on arrival. Our family will most definitely be returning with children and dogs as its dog friendly. The view of the bridge behind the house is the perfect backdrop for the bbq and hot tub.Highly recommendedLouise

We stayed at The House at the Bridge of Lochay for my sister’s hen weekend. We were overwhelmed at how amazing this venue is! The pictures do not do it justice. We had an amazing trip with so much room to cater for a larger group. Bob and Amanda were so helpful and quick to answer any questions. I would highly recommend it!

What a wonderful cosy place...We stayed for just the one night for a 'family' 30th birthday celebration with another cc25 people and it didn't once feel crowded. Lots of nooks and crannies to lose yourself in and delightfully quiet.

Brilliant find - imagine a whole hotel for hire. Yes all to yourselves to enjoy and make special memories. Can accommodate 30+ adults and children with great facilities. All rooms with en suite, games room, party room, cinema room, various sitting areas, dining room, massive kitchen with seating, hot tub and sauna. Kitchen has 5 ovens and 2 fridge freezers and everything you need to make your own meals or get a caterer in. We booked for a family birthday celebration and what a weekend we had. Wish we could have stayed longer. Young and old had a great time and we enjoyed lovely walks during the day. Scenery is amazing. Please don’t hesitate if you are planning a special event.
