This was one of the best toasties i have ever tried, The staff were lovely and the coffee was very smooth and silky. The prices were expensive but worth it in my opinion!

The staff are great the owner is funny and knows how to greet and adapt to each customer. The food is great and it’s a great place to eat and have a chat.Vegetarian options: There are a large range of vegetarian options.Kid-friendliness: It’s very kid friendly and the staff are very nice to them.Parking: Can be difficult to find parking but if you’re walking and have time to stop by it’s definitely worth it.Wheelchair accessibility: It’s very accessible to those with wheel chairs. Many customers come in with accessible needs.Dietary restrictions: The menu had a large range of foods meaning if you have a dietary restriction there are things in place to work around it.

Thank you Caytlin (Waitress) for your beautiful smile and attention to me and my Son who has special needs on our visit. You treated us like we were the only customers in the shop. You were the same with everyone, your very special x. The food was Michellin quality I was surprised how well presented and tasty the food was, the garlic bread was heavenly. Overall the best Cafe I've ever experienced, thank you so much and again thanks to Caytlin (apologies if spelling is wrong) for your outstanding, friendly customer service.Kid-friendliness: Treated my son with upmost respect

A very enjoyable lunch, not rushed to choose food, wheelchair friendly, even first timers are welcomed like old friends & the staff have excellent humour that would put a grin on any Ebenezer's face! We got a special offer thanks to the lady taking our order for informing us, & the toasties and soup were perfect. No problem with sugar free drinks either (for any diabetics/ weight-watchers) The chef is comical (great moves _ should be on Strictly!) so if you need some good tasty food AND cheering up, drop by Cafe City next time you're in Killie.Vegetarian options: With so many fillings, you can choose your own, not just those listed, adding or losing items according to preferences. Cheese & pickle toasties are ace, with a great side salad included. With baked potatoes & panninis, plus omlettes, they have plenty of choice.Parking: We got a wee car park about 5 minutes away on foot. The car park nearest was full. Lots of options but depends on day/time & having a Blue Badge could affect this.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to enter across threshold - no big bump or step. Level tbroughout cafe with a well appointed toilet (no shortage of grab rails) & room for a wheelchair.Dietary restrictions: If you're not sure, just ask as they're very obliging. One of us has T1 diabetes but sugar free drinks are available. As a pescatarian, I was still spoiled for choice, as would any vegetarian be.

A little piece of happiness,Alan the owner is a really genuine stand-up guy,The food is well worth the money, very good portion sizes,I'm Coeliac and Alan made me a Cheese & mushroom omelette & by far the best omelette I've had in a while, if you've never been it's a must. His adorable wife Andrea pops in from time to time, stop her for a chat she is very very friendly and loves listening to people's stories. Also on just eat but you will miss the full experience. Definitely be back.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes its a ground-floor cafe.Dietary restrictions: Coeliac options available, just talk to staff.

Just another place in Kilmarnock without any gluten free food options, Good cup of tea but that's all a can review.Wheelchair accessibility: It's on the ground floor and a small lip on entrance.Dietary restrictions: No Gluten free.

This little cafe might not look amazing from the outside but I urge you to go in. Lovely coffee [if you like it strong, just ask for another shot] and homemade cakes. Superb customer service with attention to detail. We happened to look round for the toilets and, with no fuss, the owner was at our table asking if she could help? Rest of the staff were also firendly. Local business people were popping in for their lunch. Definitely worth making a bee-line for.
