Had snack/ lunch for me and my friend.had to sit and figure out for ourselves that no one was going to take our order at table...we were only people in and 2 behind counter..no ice for drinks ..she had cajun chicken wrap..chicken was mashed to tuna like consistency and no colour to it ..ie cajun spice..bland and tasteless..my tuna melt was ok...we left most..wont be back..

What a lovely café with lots to choose from. I enjoyed the breakfast and would come back. Staff were lovely and you are well looked after. Great coffee and service.

Another Kilmarnock institution that is a shadow of its former self. Venues in this town refuse to move with the times and seem intent to appease an ever-dwindling OAP market with their offering/decor/service etc. There are many younger people who want somewhere modern to enjoy a coffee or lunch with friends and they simply aren't being served. 2022 and no vegan options for food (not even an oat milk in sight - in a coffee shop!) is bad enough, but the only vegetarian options are the same ones available in the 90s.The rest of the world is moving on - Kilmarnock needs to join in or be yet another provincial town soon to be empty for good.

You can tell a cafe is popular when there is a queue of women waiting for scones and tea at opening time. Thoroughly enjoyed a cooked breakfast here with my wife which was served quickly, enjoyable and a great price. Reminded me of Cafe’s I would visit with my family when I was younger. Would recommend.
