There was a misunderstanding on one occasion where I ended up with an inedible mix of BBQ sauce and Caesar sauce on my salad, a real shame as I couldn't eat it. I had hoped when I pointed out the mistake at the time the salad would be remade but no. On the upside, my husband enjoyed his sub so it was a 50/50 experience on this occasion

Ordered through just eat and waited over an hour for any confirmation, food arrived and was quite mediocre.Phone number provided led to a dead line so we were unable to contact for any information with no ability to cancel in app.Will avoid this branch in the future :(

Terrible experience with them. My boyfriend and I placed an order from Just Eat and we didn't receive everything, proceeded to contact just to get a mouthful of abuse. Absolutely zero customer service and the food isn't up to Subways real standards, it was soggy and not well done. I would avoid it like the plague.

Just the dirtiest subway ever i have seen in scotland. The food was expired.. yes!! They use expired ingredients which was stinking badly!. My friend got food poison.. plz dont waste your money buying rubbish from this subway!

just went in to get some food and was greeted with the most amazing customer service the girl who served me recommended a sandwich i am yet to try and it was amazing i was served by an amazing women who brightened up my day i will definitely return again soon (also the food was so fresh and delicious even at 5pm)

Was in here today and disgusted at the way one specific member of staff spoke to her colleague. The woman was small, black hair, large eyelashes and looked middle-aged and unkept. She took it upon herself to belittle and degrade a younger female who was serving me (dark skin tone, long dark hair around early 20s) nice girl. The young lady was very polite however struggled to manage the orders in shop, plus keep on top of the delivery orders, it was mobbed. There was plenty of criticism from the older female who made no attempt to help her, as her attention appears to be focused on slobbering over the stock delivery man. There was multiple times she attempted to dictate and humiliate that young girl.
