Arrived at 9.59am and missed the full breakfast (kitchen shuts at 10am so fully understandable), and was offered a roll which could be filled with anything left over from the breakfast buffet.... but then they said I could help myself to the leftovers to create a full breakfast, which was very tasty and much welcomed after I'd just finished a 2 hour hike!\\n\\nThey even gave me a discount as not everything that typically comes with the full breakfast was available.\\n\\nTop notch customer service and very friendly. Oh, and a lovely cup of latte too.

This a water and activity centre on Loch Inch. The cafe is good for views of the loch and serves lunches and dinner (you’ll need to book for dinner) but lunches and coffee and cake just drop in. I always find the cafe a relaxing place to be.

We had great views from our table over the loch. The food was quite expensive, however it tasty decent. Staff were also quite helpful.

Never again!!!Almost £30 for breakfast - £5.50 per roll and the rolls were freezing! When I had called to put the order in I was told breakfast finishes at 10 but can extent til 1030 if I tell them what we want - just so the kitchen know what they need to keep out and will cook when you get here. Turns out we were running late so I called to let them know and was told don’t worry the rolls have been made and are in foil bags. (At this point we should have aborted and gone elsewhere!)We arrived and the rolls were in ordinary paper bags and absolutely freezing cold!!! We ordered drinks and waited about 10mins for them! Most tables were reserved - who knows what for cos the place was empty - and no wonder given the prices and the service!Used to go all through the summer and it was decent but now it’s just a joke!!There is no reason for them to be so slow given there was so few customers and no reason why the food should have been cooked before we arrived when we were told other wise. Also - don’t tell lies about the bags when we are clearly going to see them!Overall… prices & staff are questionable!!!(The toilets are absolutely stinking as well!)

Such a calming place to have some hot food and drinks. As the restaurant located by the Loch Insh, the view was stunning as we visited and stay for sunset viewing. You may want to do some activities there but it was limited during Winter and plenty of choices during Summer I suppose. There is also a place to stay there if you prefer to do so.In the restaurant I ordered Mac and Cheese with Garlic Bread which was nice. Falafel & Hummus Panini was so so good, crispy panini, sweet and savory of the sauce from caramelized red onion. Not to mention the hot chocolate with cream on the top, a perfect winter drink.Make a stop and stay for a while, you won’t regret it!

This is a fantastic place to go and visit. Lots of activities to choose from. Staff made our day and were extremely helpful and genuinely want you to enjoy yourself. We went as a large group, including disabled children and young adults. Everyone had a ball

This Is such an amazing place to go, it has been for years! it says something when the children cry because they don't want to leave! Thanks to the amazing team for all their help and fun through the week!!
