This was by far the best experience we had in Scotland. Esther is a gracious host with all amenities you could imagine. She was kind enough to supply us with medications when we got a cold and made sure we were well look after the entire stay. The best breakfast we could ask for. We will definitely be back and would highly recommend The Viewmount to our friends and family!

We had a wonderful stay at The Viewmount. Our bedroom was well appointed with everything we needed and wonderful views of the Cairngorms. The bed was extra comfy and the pillows perfect for us. We had a huge bathroom with superb quality fittings and lots of hot water. The public rooms were equally attractive and comfortable. The honesty bar and selection of wines were excellent. The real strength of The Viewmount, though, is Esther, whose warmth, care, and attention to detail are exemplary. We really enjoyed our stay.

Esther was an excellent host starting with freshly baked bread in the morning to a glass of Puligny-Montrachet at night.

The Viewmount was wonderful. Ester was an amazing host who paid attention to all the little details to make the stay exceptional. The house and room were beautifully but comfortably decorated. A lovely evening snack and drink was provided. Breakfast the following morning was the best we had during our trip. I can't wait to go back and spend more time just relaxing.
The Viewmount was easily the best overnight stay in our 10-day trip through Scotland - the warmest welcome, finest surroundings and most delicious gourmet meal. Still savouring the chicken in champagne and leeks. In the décor, the attention to detail all adds up to a treat for the senses. A great launching pad to see the nearby historic Ruthven Barracks, go biking or hiking in Cairngorms National Park, and visit the outdoors Highland Folk Museum just up the road. But also, The Viewmount is, itself, a worthy destination and experience. Be sure to book far in advance - you'll be competing with others for the few rooms available.

The best place to stay on the Speyside Way! Esther is just incredible and made us feel very special. The B&B is very luxurious and so comfortable that it was very difficult to leave. Nothing was too much hassle for the host, she was so accommodating and so welcoming. This is the place to stay in Kingussi nothing can really compare!

Amazing dinner, bed and breakfast - more like a boutique hotel than an airbnb. Fantastic 5 star welcome by Esther, as well as delicious 5 course evening meal with carefully chosen South African wines. The room was immaculate with beautiful views out on the mountains and the biggest hotel bathroom I've ever been in with huge shower and very comfy bath. All in all this stay was perfect - highly recommended.
