Ordered from here a few times recently via Just Eat but have just found out these guys failed their food hygiene inspection on 06/10/23. ?.

The worse burger I have ever had in my life cold in the middle, roll not toasted so falls a part, cheese isn't melted also square cheese and can't even get the juice right

When I ordered a few months ago instead of getting the chef burger I got a double cheeseburger. Avoided after this because of the price difference between the two wasn't worth it. I decided to give them another try and ordered the chef burger again (on the menu its not changed simply says 180ounce burger with cheese in the middle and onion rings) however when it arrived my bf who also got a chef burger told me not to eat it, its very hot and has jalapeño in it. (I have a very low heat tolerance and if I'd known it was spicy I wouldn't have ordered it) I took a nibble to try it and my mouth was burning for 5 mins after wards. My bf who is ok with spicy food had to stop after 5 mins because it was too much. Also instead of onion rings on the burger it was slices of onion which is just salad really. When I called about the food the guy was really unhelpful. Informed me of a change of management and menu item ingredients but failed to update this on their menu's. Overall just really poor quality and customer care. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE

Ordered 2 chef burgers it arrived but wasn't what we ordered, turned out to have jalapeño on it, when originally was meant to be a burger with cheese in the middle, was not the best experience or even then the right order..

We've just had the chicken shish meal and it was amazing !!..So tasty...lovely wee salad bowl, wrap slices, rice , onion & tomato mix & delicious chicken straight off the skewer. First time ordering & we will definitely be ordering again. Thank You .
